Hello, and welcome. My name is Lilian Bamgbose, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 17 years of experience in healthcare. I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges while enhancing their emotional healing and overall mental wellness.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and life stressors. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing expert therapy that is compassionate, evidence-based, and centered around each person’s unique needs and goals.
My approach to mental health care is collaborative and holistic. I believe that effective treatment goes beyond simply managing symptoms—it involves understanding the whole person, including their life experiences, physical health, and personal strengths. I work closely with my clients to develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical strategies that promote long-term wellness.
I provide care for adolescents and adults ages 13 and older, and my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel comfortable discussing their concerns without judgment.
Seeking help is an important step toward healing, and I feel honored to support my clients on their journey toward greater balance, resilience, and emotional well-being.
